If Klarna is available as a payment option in your country, it’ll show as an option at checkout.

To place an order with Klarna follow these simple steps:

  1. Add your items to your bag and go to Checkout as normal.

Your billing and delivery address can be different; however they need to be in the same country.

  1. Select Klarna as your payment option.
  2. Complete your order

 

The maximum purchase limit is different on each account, and is determined by a credit assessment by Klarna. If your order fails, you may wish to try again with a smaller amount.

 

Using Klarna gives you extra flexibility paying for your order as you’re able to pay later. If you choose to pay using Klarna, please remember to spend responsibly – sometimes, delaying or splitting up payments might not always be the best option. We want you to shop with confidence, so we’ve provided all the info you need.

If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We’d recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
  • You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna invoices.
  • You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.

If you used Klarna as your payment method your invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

If you haven’t received your email, it’s worth checking your Junk email folder in case it’s been filtered there.

Please note: your invoice email is sent from Klarna rather than LE CLUB ELLE.

Your right to return items isn’t affected by invoice period, and you’ll only have to pay for the items that you keep.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return.

If you’ve returned items from an order paid for with Klarna, and you’re near the end of your invoice period, we’d recommend extending the deadline to avoid payment charges.

LE CLUB ELLE aren’t able to extend your invoice.

You’ll automatically receive a reminder from Klarna if you pass the date of payment shown on your invoice. If you’ve received a reminder but already returned items to us, please contact Klarna Customer Service 

Waiting for your refund? 

If you haven’t paid your invoice, you’ll receive an updated version from Klarna within 24 hours of your returns being processed.

Already paid for your order in full? You’ll receive a refund from Klarna for the items you returned.

Upon application, Klarna will perform soft searches with credit reference agencies to determine if you are eligible. Pay Later with Klarna credit agreements aren’t regulated by the FCA. This means any missed payments may affect your ability to get credit from Klarna and other lenders as Klarna may also report missed payments to credit reference agencies. 18+, UK residents only.
