In order to place an order to our store, you can either create an account or shop as a guest.

By creating an account, you will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Save your address and payment details so you can make your future purchases quicker

UK Standard Delivery – 5.50 GBP

UK Express delivery – 8.30 GBP

For orders over 2kg, the shipping fee may vary and will be calculated and shown on checkout.

We accept all credit and debit cards, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

You can also pay through PayPal.

Depending on where you are based and where your parcel is shipped from, you may be charged customs duties and taxes.

Le Club ELLE is not able to calculate the exact amount for taxes and duties at check-out at this stage.

There could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

If for any reason you don’t pay the import or duty charges, then we have the right to charge you for any additional costs that might be charged to us because of this. Once you have paid, your order will be delivered to you.

Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item, you paid duty for, we are unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by us.

To edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at  support@leclubelle.com within 12 hours from the placement of your order.

Note that no edit or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipment, even if sent within the 12-hour window.

If you receive an incorrect of defective item, please contact us directly at support@leclubelle.com.

To return an item you should first contact us at support@clubelle.com informing us about the reason why you decided to proceed with the return.

The items to be returned should be in perfect unused condition.

You will be refunded within 20 days since we receive the returned items and we confirm that are in perfect unused condition.

The refund will be made with the same payment method that was used for the purchase of the returned items.

In the refund amount, no delivery costs and duties are included. You will be only refunded for the value of the items returned.
